I was born in Toronto Canada but grew up mostly in Niagara Falls. I have an italian background, I would always find myself helping out in the kitchen with my mom, who I got most of my inspiration from.
I studied at Niagara college for culinary were after that I was lucky to Pursue my career in Australia and really start to enjoy cooking professionally.
I have worked at many hotels and fine dining restaurants. I am also a food tech for the District School Board of Niagara witch I enjoy very much and I am lucky to be apart of!
Cooking has always been a real passion to me, I just love how there are so many different ingredients and spices there are in the world. Always remember the number one spice in cooking is Love!!!!
